ObservatoryLSST refers to the Vera C. Rubin Observatory, previously known as the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST). It is a planned astronomical observatory located on Cerro Pachón in northern Chile. The observatory's primary instrument will be a 8.4-meter telescope equipped with a 3.2-gigapixel digital camera, the largest digital camera ever constructed for a telescope.
