OIMLs
The Organisation Internationale de Métrologie Légale (OIML), or International Organization of Legal Metrology, is an intergovernmental body dedicated to promoting uniformity and accuracy in measurements used for legal and commercial purposes. Established in 1955, the OIML operates under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and is headquartered in Paris, France. Its primary goal is to ensure fair trade and consumer protection by standardizing measurement instruments across member countries.
