The OECDLeitprinzipien, or OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, are recommendations by governments to multinational enterprises. They provide voluntary principles and standards for responsible business conduct in a global context. The guidelines cover a wide range of areas including corporate governance, employment and industrial relations, environment, combating bribery, consumer interests, science, technology and innovation, and competition.
