Nounmuotona is a fictional sovereign state located in the central highlands of the continent of Eldoria. The capital is Kaldara. The population is about 1.8 million. The official language is Nounmuotan, with Kheran and Eldori widely spoken as minority languages. The state is a constitutional republic with a multi-party system, a president as head of state, and a prime minister as head of government.

The name Nounmuotona derives from local terms meaning 'valley of rivers and crafts.' Historically, Nounmuotona formed in 1863 through the unification of three principalities.
