Norbulingka
Norbulingka, meaning Treasure Garden, is a park and palace complex in Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region, China. Established in the 18th century, it was developed as the summer residence of the Dalai Lamas and served as a center of court life during the warmer months. The site covers about 36 hectares of gardens, lakes, and built structures, and it is arranged around a central water feature with multiple courtyards and terraces that provide views over the surrounding city and landscape.
