Nivelatsioonimõõtmised
Nivelatsioonimõõtmised, also known as leveling, is a surveying technique used to determine the vertical difference between two or more points. It is a fundamental method for establishing elevations and creating topographic maps. The primary instrument used in leveling is a leveling instrument, which consists of a telescope and a level bubble. This instrument is placed on a tripod at an intermediate point between the two points to be measured. A graduated staff, or leveling rod, is held vertically at each of the points. The surveyor then looks through the telescope and reads the measurement on the staff.
There are several types of leveling, including differential leveling, profile leveling, and cross-section leveling. Differential leveling
