Neutralitu

Neutralitu is a term used in some academic and policy discussions to denote the state or quality of neutrality across various domains such as politics, law, ethics, and economics. In its broad sense, neutralitu refers to approaches, institutions, or attitudes that aim to refrain from taking sides in disputes and to minimize bias in judgment and action.

The word is a neologism built from the root neutral- with a noun-forming suffix common in several languages; as such, it is not tied to a single tradition and its precise definition varies by context.

In international relations, neutralitu overlaps with established notions of neutrality and non-alignment: states seek to avoid military commitments that would force them to choose sides in war. In domestic policy, it can describe government stances designed to treat competing interests equally and to avoid privileging one group over another.

In law, judicial neutrality is the ideal of deciding cases on objective evidence and applicable law rather than personal beliefs. In ethics and science, epistemic neutrality refers to the principle of evaluating theories or claims without undue bias.

In economics and information policy, neutralitu can denote non-discrimination and equal access, such as market neutrality or platform neutrality where intermediaries refrain from favoring particular users, goods, or ideas.
