Naudingutõigusi

Naudingutõigusi, also known as usufruct rights, is a legal concept that grants an individual the right to use and enjoy the property of another and to derive profit or benefit from it, without altering its substance. This right is typically temporary and reverts to the owner upon its termination. The term originates from Roman law, where it was a prominent form of property right.
