Nabídky

In procurement and contracting, buyers may issue a poptávka or tender, and suppliers respond with nabídky. A typical nabídka specifies the item or service, quantity or scope, unit or total price, delivery schedule, payment terms, warranty, and any conditions of performance. It also states the offer’s period of validity and any required compliance with technical or administrative criteria. Acceptance of a nabídka usually forms a contract, subject to the stated terms and governing law; further negotiations may occur before a final agreement is signed.
