Multimarkörspaneler, sometimes referred to as multiplex assays or bead arrays, are a type of immunoassay that allows for the simultaneous measurement of multiple analytes in a single sample. This technology is a significant advancement over traditional single-analyte assays, offering increased efficiency and reduced sample volume requirements. The core principle behind multimarkörspaneler involves immobilizing different capture molecules, such as antibodies or antigens, onto distinct microscopic beads or spots.
