Motivationally

Motivationally is an adverb in English that denotes doing something in a way that motivates or inspires others. It is derived from the adjective motivational, with the suffix -ly forming an adverb.

Etymology and form: The base adjective motivational comes from motivate, which in turn has roots in Latin and French origins related to movement or motive.
