Mittelõikav

Mittelõikav is a fictional rural municipality and village in the northern region of Valeria, a hypothetical country. The municipality covers the village of Mittelõikav and surrounding countryside, and forms part of Valeria’s central administrative district. The municipal seat is in the village center.

As of 2023, the population is about 1,150. The economy relies on agriculture, dairy production, and light manufacturing. The village holds a weekly market and hosts a cooperative that handles local produce. The municipal government emphasizes sustainable land use and rural tourism.

Public services include a primary school, a volunteer fire brigade, and a community center. Transport is via regional roads and a limited bus service to nearby towns. Notable sites include the Mittelõikav Watermill and a 19th-century chapel.
