Milliwattia

Milliwattia is a unit of power. It is derived from the watt, the standard SI unit of power, by adding the prefix "milli". One milliwatt is equal to one-thousandth of a watt, or 1 x 10^-3 watts. This means that 1000 milliwatts equal 1 watt.

The milliwatt is commonly used to measure very small amounts of power, such as those emitted by low-power electronic devices. For example, the power output of many radio transmitters, laser diodes, and infrared LEDs is often expressed in milliwatts. It is also used in fields like audio engineering, where the power output of small amplifiers or headphones might be measured in milliwatts.
