Mikroorganizmalarn
Mikroorganizmalarn, also known as microorganisms, are microscopic entities that are too small to be seen with the naked eye. They are found in virtually every environment on Earth, from the deepest oceans to the highest mountains, and even within other living organisms. This vast group includes a diverse range of life forms, primarily bacteria, archaea, fungi, protists, and viruses. Bacteria and archaea are single-celled prokaryotes, meaning their cells lack a nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles. Fungi, such as yeasts and molds, are eukaryotes, with cells that possess a nucleus. Protists are a diverse group of eukaryotic organisms, many of which are single-celled. Viruses, while often discussed alongside microorganisms, are technically not considered living organisms as they require a host cell to replicate.
The study of microorganisms is called microbiology. These tiny life forms play crucial roles in ecosystems.
