Meimurje
Meimurje is a geographical and historical region located in northern Croatia, specifically in the northwesternmost part of the country. It is bordered by Slovenia to the west and north, and by Hungary to the east. The Mura River forms a significant portion of its eastern and northern boundary, from which the region derives its name. The Drava River also flows through the region, defining its southern limits before merging with the Danube.
