Mediawet

Mediawet, or the Dutch Media Act, is the central legal framework governing media and broadcasting in the Netherlands. The act sets out the rules for the organization, financing, and supervision of both public and private audiovisual media, and it covers the allocation of broadcasting licenses and frequencies, as well as the obligations that broadcasters must meet.
