Medelprecisionsmått
Medelprecisionsmått, often translated as "mean precision measure" or "average precision," is a metric used in machine learning and information retrieval to evaluate the performance of a classifier or search system, particularly when dealing with ranked outputs. It is derived from the precision-recall curve. Precision at a given recall level measures the proportion of retrieved items that are relevant, while recall measures the proportion of relevant items that are retrieved.
To calculate medelprecisionsmått, one first determines the precision at each point where a new relevant item
A higher medelprecisionsmått score indicates better performance, meaning the system is both precise in its retrieval
