Lämpötilahoidon, translating roughly to "temperature treatment," is a Finnish term used to describe processes that apply controlled temperatures to achieve a desired effect. In healthcare and physiotherapy, thermotherapy or lämpötilahoito uses heat to relieve pain, reduce muscle spasm, and improve circulation and joint mobility.
