Lábboltozatot refers to the plantar arch of the foot, a crucial anatomical structure that plays a significant role in biomechanics and overall foot health. The foot possesses two primary longitudinal arches: the medial longitudinal arch and the lateral longitudinal arch, along with a transverse arch. These arches are not static structures but dynamic, supported by bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The medial longitudinal arch is the highest and most prominent, extending from the heel bone to the ball of the foot. The lateral longitudinal arch is flatter and less pronounced. The transverse arch runs across the foot from side to side.
