Lukuparia is a hypothetical, extinct group of organisms proposed within the field of paleontology as a distinct clade within the animal kingdom. The concept of Lukuparia was introduced by paleontologist Robert L. Carroll in his 1988 book "Vertebrate Paleontology and Evolution."
