Loomalisel is a town and municipality in the northern region of Eldoria, a fictional nation. It lies along the Lys River, about 60 kilometers from the regional capital and at an elevation near 120 meters above sea level. The town has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons, and its surroundings include mixed forests and agricultural lands. As of the latest estimates, Loomalisel has a population of roughly 28,500 and covers an area of about 42 square kilometers.

The name Loomalisel is believed to derive from historical words for loom and settlement, reflecting the town's long association with weaving and textile crafts.
