Logjikearitmetike refers to the integration of logical operations with arithmetic calculations within computer systems. It is a fundamental concept in digital logic design and computer architecture. The core idea is to create circuits that can perform both Boolean logic operations (like AND, OR, NOT) and standard arithmetic operations (like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

At the heart of this integration is the Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU), a crucial component of a computer's central processing unit (CPU). The ALU is responsible for executing arithmetic and bitwise logic operations on operands. It receives data from registers and an instruction from the control unit, which specifies the operation to be performed.
