Logistikkana

Logistikkana, also known as the Eurasian wigeon, is a species of duck native to the Palearctic region. It is a medium-sized duck, with a body length of about 45-50 cm and a wingspan of 75-85 cm. The male has a distinctive green speculum, a green patch on the wing, which is visible when the wing is folded. The female is similar in appearance but lacks the green speculum. The logistikkana is a dabbling duck, feeding on aquatic plants, seeds, and insects. It breeds in wetlands, such as marshes, ponds, and lakes, and is known for its loud, quacking calls. The species is migratory, with populations from northern Europe and Asia migrating to southern Europe and Africa in winter. Logistikkana is listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List, but some populations are threatened by habitat loss and hunting. It is a popular game bird in some regions.
