Liposzómaképzés

Liposzómaképzés refers to the process of forming liposomes. Liposomes are microscopic spherical vesicles that consist of a lipid bilayer enclosing an aqueous core. They are primarily composed of phospholipids, which are amphipathic molecules, meaning they have both hydrophilic (water-attracting) and hydrophobic (water-repelling) parts.

The formation of liposomes typically involves dispersing phospholipids in an aqueous medium. Due to their amphipathic nature, these lipids spontaneously arrange themselves into structures that minimize contact between their hydrophobic tails and water, while exposing their hydrophilic heads to the aqueous environment.
