Lämpötilapaine, or temperature pressure, is a concept that describes the tendency of a substance to expand or contract when its temperature changes, and the resulting pressure that can be generated. This phenomenon is a direct consequence of the thermal expansion of materials. When a substance is heated, its constituent particles gain kinetic energy and move more vigorously, leading to an increase in volume. Conversely, when cooled, particles lose energy, move less, and the substance contracts.
