Közlegényi
Közlegényi is a Hungarian term that translates loosely to "commoner's land" or "communal land." Historically, it referred to land within a village that was not privately owned but was instead managed and utilized by the community as a whole. This land often served various purposes, such as pasture for livestock, forestry for firewood and building materials, or even for communal agriculture.
The system of közlegényi played a significant role in the traditional Hungarian rural economy and social structure.
The concept of közlegényi began to decline with the advent of private land ownership reforms and the
