Kõikjalkodudes
Kõikjalkodudes is an Estonian term that translates literally to "everywhere legs" or "all-legged". It is often used to describe a creature or object that possesses numerous legs, far more than a typical animal. This can include mythical beasts, fictional creatures from literature or games, or even certain types of machinery designed for locomotion with multiple support points. The concept emphasizes abundance and a deviation from standard biological or mechanical leg counts. In Estonian folklore, while not a common standalone mythical figure, the idea of beings with many limbs appears in various descriptions of monstrous entities or spirits. When encountered in contemporary contexts, "kõikjalkodudes" is more likely to refer to imaginative creations or specialized equipment. The term itself evokes a sense of the unusual and the prolific in terms of mobility or structural support. It can be used both literally and metaphorically to describe something that has a great many legs or supporting appendages.
