Käyttökokemusnäkymät, often translated as "user experience views" or "UX perspectives," refers to different ways of understanding and analyzing the user experience of a product, service, or system. One common perspective focuses on the functional aspects, evaluating whether the product performs its intended tasks efficiently and effectively. Another perspective is the emotional or affective aspect, which examines the feelings and attitudes users develop towards the experience. This can range from satisfaction and delight to frustration and annoyance.

A critical perspective involves evaluating the overall satisfaction and value users derive from the experience. This encompasses both hedonic qualities, which relate to pleasure and enjoyment, and utilitarian qualities, which relate to the practical usefulness of the product. Furthermore, a contextual perspective considers how the user's environment, social factors, and personal goals influence their experience.
