Kältebelastung
Kältebelastung refers to the exposure of an organism to low temperatures. This can have various physiological effects depending on the intensity and duration of the cold exposure, as well as the individual's acclimatization and health status. In humans, mild cold exposure can trigger responses like shivering, which is involuntary muscle contraction to generate heat, and vasoconstriction, the narrowing of blood vessels in extremities to conserve core body temperature.
