Kultuurilistele

Kultuurilistele is an Estonian grammatical form derived from the adjective kultuuriline meaning cultural. It functions as the allative plural form of the adjective and is used without an explicit noun to refer to recipients or addressees in a sentence, typically indicating “to the cultural ones” or “for the cultural sector.” In practice, kultuurilistele often appears with an omitted noun such as institutsioonidele, organisatsioonidele, or sihtrühmadele, forming phrases like kultuurilistele institutsioonidele or kultuurilistele organisatsioonidele.
