A kuivajärjestelmä, often translated as a dry toilet system or composting toilet system, is a type of sanitation technology that does not rely on water for flushing waste. Instead, it separates solid and liquid waste, or processes them through decomposition. This approach conserves water, a significant benefit in water-scarce regions or for environmentally conscious individuals.
