Korteriomandi
Korteriomand is a form of real estate ownership used in Estonia to delineate ownership of individual dwelling units within multi-unit buildings. A korteriomand owner has exclusive title to a specific apartment and an undivided share of the building’s common property, such as stairwells, roofs, and yards. The underlying land is typically registered separately but may be affected by the unit’s rights; both the apartment and its share of common property are recorded in the land register.
