Korralduskomiteed
Korralduskomiteed, also known as management committees, are temporary bodies established to oversee the management and liquidation of insolvent companies in Estonia. These committees are appointed by the court and are responsible for ensuring that the company's assets are managed efficiently and that creditors are paid in accordance with their claims. The composition of a korralduskomitee typically includes a chairperson, who is usually a professional liquidator, and other members who may include creditors, employees, or other stakeholders. The committee's primary goal is to maximize the return to creditors while ensuring the orderly winding down of the company's operations. The process involves identifying and valuing the company's assets, negotiating with creditors, and distributing the proceeds in a fair and transparent manner. The korralduskomitee operates under the supervision of the court and is subject to strict legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of the liquidation process. Once the liquidation is complete, the korralduskomitee is dissolved, and the company is officially closed.
