Konveksinen

Konveksinen is a Finnish word that translates to "convex" in English. It is primarily used in mathematics and geometry to describe shapes and functions. A convex shape is one where for any two points within the shape, the line segment connecting those two points lies entirely within the shape. This means a convex shape has no dents or inward curves. Examples of convex shapes include circles, squares, and triangles.

In the context of functions, a convex function is one where the line segment connecting any two points on the function's graph lies above or on the graph itself.
