Kontrollivõimu, often translated as "power of control" or "supervisory power," is a legal concept primarily found in Estonian law. It refers to the right of a shareholder, or a group of shareholders acting in concert, to exert significant influence over a company's management and decision-making processes. This power is not necessarily absolute ownership but rather a de facto ability to direct the company's affairs.
