Koenzimat

Koenzymes are organic molecules that assist enzymes in catalyzing biochemical reactions. Prosthetic groups, on the other hand, are tightly bound to the enzyme and are often covalently attached. They are integral to the enzyme's structure and function. Examples of prosthetic groups include heme in hemoglobin and flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) in certain oxidoreductases.
