Keskusteluineen

Keskusteluineen is a Finnish concept that refers to a Finnish discussion paper issued by the government on certain social topics. The discussions are typically published in paper form and are presented as a way to spark debate and gathering feedback from Finnish citizens. Keskusteluineen are meant for a general audience and present topics in a straightforward and non-partisan manner.

A keskusteluineen usually consists of information about the chosen topic, discussion points, and questions that the government would like to hear citizens' opinions on.
