Kegelbahnen
Kegelbahnen are specialized lanes used for the sport of Kegeln, a traditional Central European bowling game. A standard Kegelbahn is a long, narrow, and smooth wooden lane, typically made of beech or maple, measuring 28.5 meters (93.5 feet) in length from the foul line to the center of the pins. The width of the lane is approximately 1.5 meters (4.9 feet). At the end of the lane, nine wooden pins, arranged in a diamond formation, are set up. These pins are shorter and wider than those used in ten-pin bowling.
