Kawaras

Kawaras are Japanese wooden bath clogs traditionally worn in onsen (hot springs) and sento (public baths) in Japan. They are designed to provide warmth and comfort for the feet while walking on cold stone or tiled floors. Typically made from wood, kawaras often feature a wooden sole and a U-shaped footrest to keep the foot warm and to prevent slipping.
