Kamenyev
Kamenyev, born Lev Borisovich Kamenev, was a prominent figure in the Russian Revolution and the Soviet Union. He was born in 1883 in the village of Klyazma, near Moscow, into a working-class family. Kamenyev joined the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party in 1901 and became a close associate of Vladimir Lenin. He played a significant role in the Bolshevik faction of the party, which eventually became the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
