Künilt

Künilt is a small, uninhabited island located in the Baltic Sea, off the coast of Estonia. It is part of the West Estonian Archipelago. The island is characterized by its rocky shoreline and sparse vegetation, primarily consisting of grasses and low-lying shrubs. Its terrain is relatively flat, with a maximum elevation of only a few meters above sea level.

The island's geological composition is primarily sedimentary rock, typical of the region's coastal geology. Its small size and exposed location mean it is subject to significant wave action and erosion, which has shaped its current form. Künilt has no permanent human inhabitants, and its primary ecological role is as a habitat for various seabirds and marine life that utilize the surrounding waters.

Access to the island is difficult and typically only undertaken for scientific research or by experienced sailors navigating the archipelago.
