Kézfáradást

Kézfáradást is a Hungarian term that translates to "hand fatigue" in English. It refers to a subjective sensation of tiredness, discomfort, or weakness in the hands and forearms. This condition can arise from a variety of causes, often related to prolonged or repetitive manual tasks.

Common activities that can lead to kézfáradást include typing for extended periods, using tools that require gripping or fine motor control, playing musical instruments, or engaging in certain sports. The muscles, tendons, and nerves in the hands and wrists can become strained, leading to symptoms such as aching, stiffness, a burning sensation, or a reduced ability to perform tasks.

While often temporary and resolving with rest, persistent or severe hand fatigue can sometimes indicate underlying medical conditions. These might include carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, or other repetitive strain injuries.
