JTBC
JTBC, formally JoongAng Tongyang Broadcasting Company, is a South Korean nationwide general cable television network and production company based in Seoul. It was established in 2011 by the JoongAng Media Network as a new broadcasting venture and began general programming on December 1, 2011. The network operates multiple channels, including the flagship JTBC and supplementary channels JTBC2, JTBC3 and JTBC4, along with the production arm JTBC Studios. Its programming spans news, drama, variety and entertainment, with an emphasis on offering alternatives to established broadcasters.
