Iodosilane

Iodosilane is a chemical compound with the formula SiHI3. It is a volatile, colorless liquid that is sensitive to air and moisture. Iodosilane is a derivative of silane where three hydrogen atoms have been replaced by iodine atoms. It is a member of the halosilane class of compounds.
