Ioanninas

Ioanninas is a term used to refer to women from Ioannina, a city in northwestern Greece. In Greek, it is the feminine plural form of a demonym associated with residents of Ioannina. The corresponding masculine form exists in Greek, and in English-language writing the term may appear in transliterated form connected with the city.

Ioannina is the capital of the Epirus region, located on the western edge of the Pindus mountains beside Lake Pamvotis.
