Interpolált

Interpolált is a Hungarian word that translates to "interpolated" in English. It is a term used in various fields, most notably in mathematics and computer science, to describe the process of estimating unknown values that lie between known data points.

In mathematics, interpolation is a method of constructing new data points within the range of a discrete set of known data points. This is often done by fitting a function, such as a polynomial, to the known points and then evaluating that function at the desired intermediate points. Common interpolation techniques include linear interpolation, polynomial interpolation (like Lagrange or Newton interpolation), and spline interpolation.
