Ingliskeelsed is an Estonian-language term meaning "English-speaking people." The word is formed from inglise (English) and keel (language) with the plural adjective suffix -sed, and can be used as a noun to describe groups or individuals characterized by using English in communication. It can refer to native English speakers as well as multilingual individuals who use English regularly in education, work, media, or daily life.
