Induktionkokare
Induktionkokare, often referred to as induction hobs or induction cooktops, are a modern type of stovetop that uses electromagnetic induction to heat cookware. Unlike traditional electric or gas stoves, induction cookers do not generate heat directly from a flame or heating element. Instead, an alternating electric current is passed through a coil beneath the cooking surface, creating a magnetic field. When compatible cookware, typically made of ferromagnetic material, is placed on the hob, this magnetic field induces electrical currents within the base of the pot or pan. These induced currents then generate heat directly in the cookware itself through electrical resistance.
The primary advantage of induction cooking is its efficiency. Because heat is generated directly in the cookware
