Imusarjaruiskutusjärjestelmä, often referred to by its English acronym CIS (Continuous Injection System), is a type of fuel injection system used in internal combustion engines. Its primary function is to deliver fuel to the engine cylinders in a controlled and continuous manner. Unlike multi-point injection systems that inject fuel at discrete intervals, the CIS system sprays fuel throughout the entire intake stroke.

The fuel distributor is responsible for splitting the incoming fuel from the fuel pump and delivering it to each injector.
