Immunosekvencích, often translated as immunosequencing or immune sequencing, refers to the study and analysis of the DNA or RNA sequences of genes that encode for immune system components. This primarily involves examining the genes responsible for generating the vast diversity of antibodies and T-cell receptors, which are crucial for adaptive immunity. These genes undergo a process called V(D)J recombination, a unique genetic mechanism that shuffles and combines different gene segments to create a unique receptor for each immune cell.
